Oral Hygiene
for Children over 6

  • Supervise your child to brush twice a day — after breakfast and before bedtime.

  • Use a fluoride toothpaste (e.g., Crest for Kids, Tom’s Fluoride for Children).

  • Use a soft manual or electric toothbrush designed for their age. Replace it every 3 months or after your child has been sick.

  • Apply only a pea-sized amount of toothpaste.

  • Floss the spots we’ve recommended once each night before bedtime.

  • If brushing is a struggle, ask BalloonDoc 🎈🦷 for creative ways to make brushing fun for everyone!

  • If you prefer to start with a non-fluoridated option, ask BalloonDoc for recommended products.
